1. Did decline the club room which was an extra $20 a nights as I popped up to check it out & it was a bit small & did not seem good value, it would have guaranteed you a room on the 12th floor which had the added extra of a balcony & use of the small club lounge but I guess it is up to each individual as to whether they would get value from it or not.

2. I thought it was good value @ $109 a night plus taxes and you could collect your SPG points too.

3. Although there are many better locations to stay in San Diego to be in the centre of the action, it offered good value for what it is, an older Sheraton in a non tourist location.

4. If you are on holiday probably be best to go more central, but don't write this one off if you're looking for good value accommodation as a base to explore from.

7. Bottom line is that it is a nice hotel, good value, very nice and attentive staff, but unless your trip is to a conference in one of the many conference rooms, you won't be spending much time near there.

8. For those of you who do not get access to the club room without paying for the upgrade, I would possibly think twice about the value.

9. You can closely compare this hotel experience to a holiday inn express except the Holiday Inn will at least treat you to a cup of coffee and treat you as a valued customer and not the scum they would scrape from their shoe.

10. For the value minus the charge for parking, I would like to return to this hotel again in a later time when I am visiting San Diego.
