7. Dirty and stained carpets (I wore shoes walking around the room and slept in socks), furniture that wouldn't have been out of place in a dorm room that I wouldn't have sat on in a Tyvek suit, and a disgusting bathroom with shower pressure that can generously be described as 'San Fransisco mist.

8. I usually stay anywhere from 4 to 10 nights per stay and am almost always upgraded to the 12th (Club Floor) or 14th floor (2 room suites).

10. 14th floor has higher ceilings, but that's an all suite floor and you'll either pay extra or have to be Platinum SPG to get up there.
