1. Plenty of spaces to park, free internet in rooms, business center in lobby offers free internet and printing.

2. I saw one guest really being unhappy about the charge for the parking, which when I checked in was explained very well about where to park and how much it would cost, Giovanna handled herself expertly, as this customer was just not going to be satisfied with any resolution that could be offered.

3. The gates were open half of the time, and when they were closed, I did not see one person successfully swipe through with their room key; the front desk had to be paged for assistance every time you wanted to park here.
