1. As mentioned, the rooms have seen a lot of service and are past there best in some areas, but our room was perfectly serviceable for our needs with a nice 42' flat screen and clean crisp bed linen.

3. As I reflected on his attitude, it made me remember that my arrival lunch in their Bistro also had excellent service, and everyone in the hotel had the same attitude, but it took his comments to turn on the light bulb.
