1. I saw one guest really being unhappy about the charge for the parking, which when I checked in was explained very well about where to park and how much it would cost, Giovanna handled herself expertly, as this customer was just not going to be satisfied with any resolution that could be offered.

3. Given how responsive management and staff are, my only assumption is that Sheraton corporate is so cheap they are refusing to pay the cost to change out the carpets.

7. I was still billed for the 2nd night and since the breakfast at the hotel they sent us to cost as much as the room at the Sheraton, we did not end up ahead for the inconvenience and extra gas money to drive to the other hotel.

9. I called the front desk to request a taxi and a Towncar showed up instead, with a flat fee fully ten dollars over what a taxi cost to arrive from the airport.
