1. Check-in was easy check out was easy however you are charged 14 dollars a day for parking and you need your room key to get in and out of the parking lot.

9. This is a conference hotel so there were normally a number of delegates milling about, but nothing to worry us with noise etc. As advised by helpful travelers on here, I asked for a room at the back of the hotel facing the mountain on check in and we were given a room on the 11th floor.

10. Check in/desk staff we're all very helpful & friendly and although no free wifi in the rooms, there were two pc's in the lobby for guest use, so that's what I used.
