3. The only reason the Eliot did not get a rating of 5/5 from me is the small bathroom and the relatively few outlets - the one near the desk was very inconvenient.

Room staid, stale & tired-looking - torn drapes, wet floor, broken sink in bathroom, small, cramped bathroom with shower only, bed & linens comfortable, but there were holes in linens, in-room computer completely frustrating (on screen keyboard seems like it would be cool - it's not; it's very user UNfriendly), slow internet when willing to pay the extra to have wifi access.
