(and my husband and I are already dreaming of coming back without the kids!)The rooms are compact, but chic and well-proportioned, the service was superb without once being ostentatious or in your face, the food was tasty and beautifully presented and overall this was a cut above anything we have stayed in recently.

But the positives way outweigh the negatives - some examples: a really charming and attentive room service waiter who took time and effort with his food delivery, a beautifully made up child's crib (complete with a cute baby gift set), concierges and door staff who were so helpful with the stroller, and who tried to waive away tips when I was on my own with the toddler - I could go on.
