But the positives way outweigh the negatives - some examples: a really charming and attentive room service waiter who took time and effort with his food delivery, a beautifully made up child's crib (complete with a cute baby gift set), concierges and door staff who were so helpful with the stroller, and who tried to waive away tips when I was on my own with the toddler - I could go on.

6. It was great to see an iron & board in the room, we liked the idea of the ICE system where you could scroll for useful information, browse the web & order room service etc, Beds are comfy, linens were nice & all the staff we met were really friendly.
