1. three trips up from the (very helpful) front desk staff could all have been avoided if the room was fully stocked with high quality appliances and amenities as you would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

7. Another note regarding valet parking: the parking lot used by the hotel is a block and a half away so make sure to give the front desk plenty of notice (30-40 minutes) before you need your car.
