5. They told us when we checked in it could take at leat a half hour to get our cars from the valet and we didn't pay attention so, my only advice would be to remember to call in plenty of time before you need your car.

7. The CAVEATS (things you might want to know, not necessarily complaints):PARKING you need valet park and depending on how busy it is you may not be able to pull right up in front -- that's ok just pull around the corner which is also a valet loading zone controlled by the hotel.

8. We had a special rate of $299 which included overnight valet parking ($36 savings) on a very busy streets (so the valet is key) and baked goods breakfast buffet for two ($40 savings).

10. While we were taking our bags out of the car (we hadn`t even had a chance to check in) one of the valets brought another guest`s car around to the entrance and backed directly into our car while parking.
