4. the only slight disapointment was that the bathroom was small , compared to the rest of the room , and definatly need more shelf space , but was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries .

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet (we were on the second floor, right on the corner of Commonwealth and Mass Ave, and it was still quiet, maybe due to the air handling system), the towels and robes are thick and plentiful, and the beds are excellent, puffy with high-thread-count sheets.

8. There was no threshold between the shower and the floor for the bathroom so I had to use most of the towels to build a makeshift dike to keep from flooding the rest of the bathroom.
