1. For a hotel that bills itself as a luxury boutique, I would rather stay at the Back Bay Sheraton or the Hilton for less money and a more professional experience.

4. Just a note for anyone using room service: there is an 18% gratuity added automatically to the bill so don't tip twice.

7. When we asked the woman at the front desk about it, she didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding, let alone offer to wipe the charge from our bill.

8. There's a "high tech" terminal where you can view your bill, order things for the room, order room service, etc. I arranged for a wake-up call, but then changed my mind about the time.
