For a hotel that
bill
s itself as a luxury boutique, I would rather stay at the Back Bay Sheraton or the Hilton for less money and a more professional experience.

To me, this is all paramount to fraud -- I'm sure plenty of people don't scrutinize their credit card
bill
s -- nice way for the hotel to make some extra money.

Just a note for anyone using room service: there is an 18% gratuity added automatically to the
bill
so don't tip twice.

bill

When we asked the woman at the front desk about it, she didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding, let alone offer to wipe the charge from our
bill
.

There's a "high tech" terminal where you can view your
bill
, order things for the room, order room service, etc. I arranged for a wake-up call, but then changed my mind about the time.

Our
bill
had charges totaling $100 that we did not make, like parking (we had no vehicle) and mini bar charges that were not ours.

Make sure to check your
bill
carefully - you can do this conveniently on the in-room system.
