1. One thing I definitely did not like was the bathroom; if you're a big person you're not going to be happy with the toilet, it's small and cramped (and I'm not that big).

3. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom at check in and while I have to say that the managers and supervisors handelef the situation appropriately, it took two cleans by housekeeping (with help from me) to get it clean.
