1. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom at check in and while I have to say that the managers and supervisors handelef the situation appropriately, it took two cleans by housekeeping (with help from me) to get it clean.

7. Now, I know that soap scum accumulates, but if it is properly cleaned every day that housekeeping is cleaning it, you should be able to easily keep it clean.
