3. The staff we nothing but helpful and friendly and when we asked for a late check-out it was given free of charge, Ive had to pay extra for that before so that was a nice touch.

5. Given that this is a rather expensive hotel it is quite surprising and unreasonable to charge guests for internet service.

7. And if you book without prepaying and are from overseas you might be surprised by the $35 occupancy charge per night which is added to your quoted room rate.

9. It was an additional charge, but we didn't have to hunt for a breakfast spot and always had a place for snacks and drinks before heading out for dinner.

10. Also don't even look at the mini-bar - it has sensors and if you just MOVE something it'll charge you whether you consume it or not, because they're too lazy to actually employ staff to check these things.
