The staff we nothing but helpful and friendly and when we asked for a late check-out it was given free of
charge
, Ive had to pay extra for that before so that was a nice touch.

Also don't even look at the mini-bar - it has sensors and if you just MOVE something it'll
charge
you whether you consume it or not, because they're too lazy to actually employ staff to check these things.
