4. Rooms are well appointed and large, but fixtures are dated, the mini-bars have been ripped out, there is no decaf option in the coffee making facilities, the bath tub is minuscule and the toiletries are smelling rather vile.

5. My room, which is a decent size is in need a good cleaning, the bathroom is so small, you almost have to walk into the tub to close the door to use the toilet.

6. Chose the E Upgrade option when booking and ended up in a nice balcony suite with a huge balcony, bedroom down the hall, one more bathroom than I needed, sunken jacuzzi tub with a window wall for the view and massive balcony overlooking the cable car stop below.

7. Go to take a shower and there was hair all over the tub.

8. The standard rooms were relatively large modern (LCD TV, new bed, etc.), but the bathroom needs an upgrade (old tub shower combo).

10. the bathroom was so small, no bath tub (I ran the Half Marathon that weekend-so I would have loved to sit in a tub) weird set up in the room and it was very tiny.
