1. While I understand why my bed was not made for 3 days, I was surprised that the bill was not adjusted for this lack of service.

8. ' On the tour bus, the tour director came up to me and told me (since the hotel won't let the bus leave until all bills are paid) that the hotel charged me for that morning's breakfast and he explained to them that my breakfast was prepaid.
