Griselda was friendly and helpful at check-in, and we liked the hotel itself (carpet in room looked a bit tired) but had some service issues:-Bath amenities were not replenished-My colleague left clothes to be drycleaned and they were returned dirty with a rude note regarding what the cleaning folks thought was on the clothes (I won't repeat what the note said as it was vulgar)For what we paid, it was a good value, but not an outstanding stay by any means .
