2. For a business class hotel, it seemed a like a bummer to have to pay for internet, to have to pay to get (empty) wine glasses delivered (fee waived), and that the television signal was analog resulting in a fuzzy picture.
"Nice, clean, slightly dated hotel with an amazing staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
3. Because of this, splurging on the internet access fee ( $10 for 24 hrs) did not feel so bad.

4. Biggest complaint: This hotel still charges guests for Internet access, which these days is akin to tacking on a fee for water, electricity or water.

5. Not only are the restaurant fees very high anyway, but there's then a $15 tray charge and 15 or 20% service fees.
"Bad value for money - worst hotel in SF " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/7/2011 Vote
6. The hotel did waive add-on costs for the stay (including excessive car parking fees) but this did nothing to compensate for a dreadful stay.
"DISSAPOINTING STAY " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/22/2011 Vote
7. This is one hotel where it's well worth paying a small upgrade fee to get a room high up and facing the bay: you'll get a wonderful balcony with a breathtaking view.
"Perfect San Francisco Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/30/2011 Vote
8. The extra $7 is related to fees and taxes.
