1. Would rate it as a 2.5 star hotel, bathrooms were small and did not even have any shower gel provided.

6. For us, our floor (44) had what looked to be refurbished corridors (not scuffed and tired as reported), and no mould in our bathroom (I'm very fussy about bathrooms).
