1. On this note the bed sheets were always clean and the pillows were perfect.

3. We then contacted a manager and explained the issue and went out to allow them time to clean and upon returning there was a clean comforter in a bag laying on the floor, no change of sheets, and name tag, newspaper and used soaps still there.

4. Hotel could do with some updating, but room was a good size, beds spotless and room cleaned every day, sheets towels etc. New York is a city which has so much going on, who wants to spend time in the hotel anyway .
