We really enjoyed our stay here we were in the premium suites the room was very comfortable and tea making facilities a bonus, it was lovely to have breakfast and early evening drinks on the mezzanine floor, cant believe it was so near Tmes Square and all the hustle and bustle as it was quiet and away from it all in the hotel.

3. Hotel business services were prompt, meeting rooms perfectly suited for our needs (team = 1.5 dozen global colleagues), and food plentiful, tasty, warm, delivered on timeIn short, nothing to gush about, but again, zero to complain about, and isn't that a job well done.

4. The hotel upgraded my husband and me to a suite upon our arrival which was perfect for all of us to gather in one place to plan our activities.

5. Times Square has always been a bit too busy to suit my taste; however, I am persuaded by the lovely room, the wonderful restaurant and the attentive staff to return in the future.

8. My husband's work concierge made the reservation for us on the fly, and because we booked at the last minute, the only room available for our family of four was a suite with a king bed and pullout sofa.

9. Doorman told my husband and I (myself in cocktail dress and my husband in a 3 piece suit going out for celebration dinner) 'Good luck' getting a cab and told us to 'walk down to the end of the street' to try and hail a cab.

10. When we arrived late (1 AM) they upgraded us to a suite on the Premier side of the hotel (nice bonus!).
