1. Room full of smoke smell (even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room), blanket has hairs in it, towel has blood stain, multiple light bulbs out, staff and manager refuse to help with room switching even though there are multiple vacant rooms, nothing to speak of amenities (toiletries inferior to your road side Day's Inn).

2. The manager sent up a plumber, after I tried explaining to him that the toilet was not the problem, and a plumber wouldn't help.

Then we went out and when we returned the only thing they did was to make the bed and glases and bathroom everything continued dirty but the worst of all was that I called the manager of the moment and told me that that was normal with a person that stays so long( 4 nigths) they dont make the rooms so clean because must of the people dont like they clean it .

Finally after much 'discussion' and the calling of the manager we settled at 1 am for a room in the hotel section with the amenities of the club roomsThe room was not bad but the in room safe did not work,the room had no hair dryer and I doubt that in the 8 days we were there that it was ever cleaned properly and all that was done was to make the bed and change the towelsThe only good thing that I can say is that the position is perfect for Times Square but when next I stay in New York it will not be at this place.
