1. No 'welcomes' from staff, and it took 6 hours of 'tech desk' help to get wireless in my room.

6. Lately I've chosen bigger 'branded' hotels that are geared more towards business travellers, because I know I'll get a clean room, A/C that works, reliable wifi, etc. - which isn't always the case, even with high end smaller 'hot spots.

7. Check-in was fast and easy; the agent was pleasant; the room was a good size, everything worked well and was comfortable (not beautiful or 'fantastic' but perfectly fine); wifi was reasonably priced.
