No 'welcomes' from staff, and it took 6 hours of 'tech desk' help to get
wireless
in my room.

Check-in was fast and easy; the agent was pleasant; the room was a good size, everything worked well and was comfortable (not beautiful or 'fantastic' but perfectly fine); wifi was reasonably priced.

That's simply unreasonable these days, there were free wifi access points nearby but not accessible by all rooms.
