4. Other reviewers have noted that the room decor could use some updating, which is true, but I found the bed to be uber comfy, I had a hot shower every morning, room service was great and every staff interaction I had was wonderful.

9. Excellent large, clean twin double bedded room on 25th floor, superbly comfortable beds, 40in flat screen TV, interesting views from window overlooking West 44th St and skyscrapers beyond including the large Paramount Building clock.

10. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was larger and nicer than other hotels in NY (the shower is separate from the bathtub and the counter space was wide to place a lot of cosmetics and personal items).
