The platform
bed
was quite comfortable, but the bottom and top sheet refused to stay tucked.

Other reviewers have noted that the room decor could use some updating, which is true, but I found the
bed
to be uber comfy, I had a hot shower every morning, room service was great and every staff interaction I had was wonderful.

I did order room service to request a coffee pot in my room, from which I made some excellent flavored tea before

The room was clean, the
bed
was comfortable, and the bathroom was larger and nicer than other hotels in NY (the shower is separate from the bathtub and the counter space was wide to place a lot of cosmetics and personal items).
