1. The bathroom was inadequately cleaned before our arrival, with smudged water glasses and hair still clinging to the bathtub; there was foundation makeup smudged on the telephone handset--so obviously the telephone had not been wiped clean either; however, due to our after midnight arrival and exhausting travel day, we just shrugged our shoulders, gritted our teeth and endured this suboptimal room greeting.
