3. We simply told them that we aren't the kind of people to make decisions like this while we are on vacation and we were excused to the front desk where we were presented with a crisp new $100 bill and sent on our way back to the hotel.

9. We were assigned another room to move her to but we actually had to speak to management at checkout to get an adjustment of even one night's charge (off a nine night bill).

10. I gave the Hilton a 4 out of 5 because there transportation to the parks was tricky and we ended up taking taxis most of the time, especially returning from the parks late at night which added to our weekend bill.
