1. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a manager who gave us some great suggestions on things to do during our visit.

After some discussion the manager on duty take care and told us that the only upgrade she have for us is a suite on the third floor far away from the executive floor we booked for so we didn't use the executive lounge because it was at the other end of the building, because we where tyred we took the room but because it was our third visit to this hotel we were very disappointed, the room we get was stinky, there was not a normal bed but a stroll away.
