1. Negatives: Room and hallways felt old and outdated, could hear everything through the walls, parking fees of $12 a day, have to pay for internetThe rooms in the hotel need renovated and then this will be a great place to stay.

4. They didn't have any rooms with one queen or kind size bed (we had to reserve two double beds) but Pearl at the front desk was able to give us a fantastic upgrade for a minimal fee to a suite with balcony and a king size bed.

7. It is DIRECTLY across the street from Downtown Disney and has a free shuttle (save on parking fees) so if you are visting DD or any Disney World parks it is a great location.

This is VERY important at a location with lots of kids running around!:-)Some things to keep in mind:1) Parking at the hotel is $12 a day for self parking and $14 for valet (plus tax)2) This hotel does not qualify for free parking at the Disney parks, so if you drive, you must pay the $14 a day parking fee at Disney parks.

10. The cost for the hotel room itself was very reasonable - around $120 a night, but there is a hefty fee for parking, $12 - $18 per day, and the in-hotel food prices are also high.
