1. I was immediately impressed with the decor of the lobby and front desk; the desk clerk treated me very warmly.

4. Bathrooms are small, rooms are small, no microwave (which seems to be almost standard in most places) one sink, old lamps, old decor, however it was as clean as it probably could be considering the age of the furnishings.

My experiences -The bed - soft, too soft - seemed to be an old mattress (if new, not up to the standards set by similar class hotels like Westin); The room decor - OK - not great - reasonable desk chair, new flat screen TV, furniture looked updatedThe bathroom - subpar - tub is tiny and the after waking up, going to the shower I noticed that I had a rather large guest in my bathroom - an American cockroach (aka Palmetto bug).
