1. The standard room had a small but functional refrigerator that welcomed the storage of purchased breakfast items, canned beverages, and restaurant leftovers--permitting frugal avoidance of the rather expensive minibar items typical of most hotels.

Some plus points include proximity to downtown disney (within walking distance), a 24-hour market place where you can get at least some food at 1 or 2 am (!that's really good when you arrive at midnight from a long flight) and the disney characters mingling around at breakfast/brunch in the restaurant (don't know if that is daily or only on particular days like Sundays or weekends).

6. Also, if you are a Gold or Diamond family, you can upgrade your 2 free adult lounge breakfasts and dine with the characters on Sundays for $10 per adult and $9 per child, ages 5-11; 4 and under are free.

8. We loved these characters since we rarely see the Brer characters anymore, and from our experience, this breakfast was far less crowded than other official Disney Resort Character Dining.
