2. The building is old, elevator took some time going down, there are only 2 washer/dryers, bathroom is small and the beds (3 twin beds) were terrible.

Trolley and bus stop outside the hotel and a few minutes walk to the main strip of shopping AND CHEESECAKE FACTORY :)Rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms are dated and small, if these things matter to you then don't stay but if you are not going to be in your room much this place is PERFECTStaff are super, the tour desk is good, but do some research as always with hotel tour desks.

5. The carpets were old and dirty, the bathroom had cracking paint and a tub that was worn and dirty in appearance and the lanais did not have properly sealing windows to keep the traffic noise out.

8. Make sure you check the official hotel website for offers, I was so glad we did or we would have been in a mixed 10 bedroom dorm with proper floppy beds and shared bathroom for roughly the same money.
