1. It was a good walk to Ala Moana Center, but not too strenuous.

2. About a 15 minute easy walk to Ala Moana shopping mall, and at the beginning of Kalakaua Ave and only one block from all the high end shopping like Tiffanys, Coach etc. It is just a 5 min walk to the beach (took me longer due to looking at all the shops on the way).
