1. The valet charge was within reason on the few days that I rented a car.

4. I still find a couple of things that really need to be addressed and that is the need of a Toll Free Number to the Hotel Reservations Desk, not everyone likes to just go on their Web Site to book their rooms, they would like to talk to a reservation agent, and while you can do that, it will cost you a long distance charge.
