4. Our room was on the 17th floor w a balcony which was a great treat!you can hear some street noise but it just adds to the wonderful buzz of downtown i love the sounds of the city.

Room-wise, it's got everything I need -- they're relatively spacious, have floor to ceiling windows/Juliet balconies that afford you a great view or if it's a balcony, just some fresh air (a great alternative to air conditioning), to-die-for bathrooms situated in the middle of the room (with glass-enclosed showers that let you see out while you shower if you desire, or shades if it's privacy you want), wonderful bath amenities, and -- something I've never had at any other hotel -- hand-made chocolates/candies in their honor bar in lieu of the usual M&Ms etc. Plush bathrobes and slippers too.

7. Rooms are cozy, with a balcony, comfortable beds, cool bathrooms (really liked the showers ;-)Will stay here again, when we're in Chicago.

8. The room was very small (smaller than a NYC hotel I stayed in) and had no windows but did have a balcony which was a nice touch.
