1. The room was modern, had plenty of outlets, a powerful shower (raining shower head), LCD flat screen, free wi-fi and all the other amenities of a modern hotel.

4. The rooms are very comfortable(stayed a Serene Rain King or something along those lines-it was the one around 335 SqF) and it had all the amenities I needed and the perfect amount of space.

Bad: 1) dust bunnies in the bathroom barn door, crud in the shower, gashes/scratches on walls 2) can hear EVERYTHING from the hallwayGood: 1) wood floors on 1/2 or room- awesome!2) great location- 3 blocks from Whole Foods, 6 blocks from Michigan Ave & dining 3) great views- floor to ceiling windows 4) wonderful shower, amenities, beds, sheets 5) has fitness center, but no pool 6) snagged for $180/ night - with taxes- off expediaNote: the shower has an open glass wall to the bed area, making it very trendy; I loved it, but conservative people may not.

8. We always get an upgrade to a corner room which is the way to go always as the views are spectacular, rooms fully stocked with nice amenities( ipod/iphone docks, stocked wine cooler, excellent toiletries) and the beds are so comfortable.

Whilst I don't fit the demographic on their website (like age, dress, tattoos etc) I found that once I was in my suite (upgraded) with its corner location and amazing bed, couches, AV facilities and shower 'room' (itself the size of most hotel bathrooms) it was totally irrelevant cnsidering the iIncredible comfort and amenities and discrete floor staff.
