1. The bellhop boys gave us tips on how to navigate the city and where to go and the concierge manager help my fiancee arrange flowers to be delivered to the room for my birthday.

2. The concierge was super friendly and very helpful in recommending us restaurants, bars, entertainment, places of interest, etc. The front door staff was great about helping us with bags, giving us directions, and getting taxis for us.

3. From the concierge, Anderson, who welcomes you thoroughly and lets you know just how much he enjoys his job and loves the city to the door men, especially Christopher who knows the city and can give you pointers like he were describing the back of his hand.

6. wanted to try the spa because I had heard great things about it, but sadly ran out of time - too much to see!check in- easy - the computers for automatic check in didnt work, but there were 2 staff and 1 concierge who took care of things right away.

7. Seeing as it was a birthday trip, Romeo on concierge duty was uber-helpful in suggesting jazz venues for my birthday evening jaunt -- even offering me a drink on-the-house -- and his cab directions were spot-on.
