5. One last thing the television didn't connect to movie system as was supposed to and although service was prompt on looking into these issues for us neither the shower nor the tv was fixed during our 3 day stay.

I've only eaten there once (there are so many choices in this neck of the woods), but when I did, the menu was varied and unusual, and the service good -- even a bit over the top (I lost count of the number of people who checked in with us to make sure everything was OK); I almost expected the chef to be next.
