1. The door men were always and exceptionally very courteous, from the moment when the taxi stopped there on check in day, and all through the stay till the last day.

4. wanted to try the spa because I had heard great things about it, but sadly ran out of time - too much to see!check in- easy - the computers for automatic check in didnt work, but there were 2 staff and 1 concierge who took care of things right away.

8. We stayed here with our 4 month old for 3 nights between moves (we are locals) and had a very goodstay, very courteous bellmen, I found the check-in staff to be a bit 'snooty' but all good.
