3. Thanks to the SPG Platinum/Gold desk, we checked in quickly, welcomed by a gracious clerk, who had reserved a nice, comfortable room with balcony on the 25th floor of the Tower, overlooking parts of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head etc., and beautiful sunsets.
