2. Some reviewers complained about the noise from the trains going by, and they were very close to the hotel but we found the train sounds to be very soothing and anyone who has visited Spokane knows that train sounds are everywhere.

4. the sheets did come loose from underneath the mattress due to a ripped elastic band on the mattress pad, which was annoying, and the noise-level from the street/bar downstairs could be heard up on our 3rd floor, but these were minor and didn't ruin our stay.
