9. The "Room Service" is not room service at all, but a front desk person who fetches your plate from the restaurant and brings it to your room without any water, condiments, etc. When I brought this all to the attention of the "manager" ( he told me he was the manager, but I don't think he was), he said, "we bring you the room service as a courtesy".
