4. We had our fist night stay at this hotel the night of our wedding and we absolutely loved it, the room was amazing, the service was awesome, the guys at the front desk were so nice and helpful, everything was just perfect.

9. 40 minutes for valet (when you are told to call ten minutes ahead of time), and a consistently empty front desk - due to the poor guy running a block away to retrieve your car - is just really unfortunate.
