4. The owner truly cares about his property and it shows from the wonderful coffee and cookies provided in the lobby (also unique, warm, and spacious) to the attentive staff.

5. Simply put: Dear Montvale, you need to invest in at least two employees on the job at all times - one guy being the valet, checking people in, checking people out, answering phones and greeting those in the lobby is really unattractive on your part.

7. We joked that the place was haunted because it really reminded me of the Tower of Terror ride lobby at Disney World AND the elevator ALWAYS stopped at the 2nd floor and opened up the doors.
