' We had pizza at the basement restaurant and, although the wait staff couldn`t have been more pleasant, even giving the teenager in our group complimentary 'S`mores' after we came back from a wonderful river walk downtown at sunset, it was clear that the better food would have been at the 'Scratch' restaurant.

6. There's a bar/restaurant out my window at street-level which features loud customers at all hours, crashing bottles being dumped into a trash can in the dead of night, and an early-morning food delivery truck banging away.
