1. Room was reasonably quiet except for water noise when the next room was running water.

4. The only things I would comment on were a) the noise from other residents - I dont know if this is normal but there were a lot of teenagers in loud cars in the car park (which was in the centre of the rooms - courtyard style), it was difficult to sleep at times.
