1. It's a motel, for goodness sake, and on the less elegant end of State Street.

4. It is a newly renovated property on upper State Street, so considering the location, it was quiet, well appointed with comfortable beds, and fully adequate for a group mainly using for sleeping.

6. It is a bit away from downtown I think but you probably have a car anyways ( its just a straight street down, the you are right there).

7. The motel is on the west end of State Street, so it is necessary to drive or take a bus to get to the downtown and the other tourist sites.

8. It's good for a fast pass through, spend 1 or 2 nights hotel but that would be it, the hotel is nice but it lacks parking, by the time we came back to our room there was no parking spaces inside the hotel and we had to park on the street.
