4. They charge your credit card $50.00 for INCIDENTALS in addition to room price you paid expedia, they do not tell you this, nor is it refunded on check out.

5. if u want 2 be harrassed by the front desk managersnot get ur room cleaned and have 2 seach for towelsask for something 2 get fixed and they say' sorry cant do anything about it'dispute a charge and they refuse 2 give u a receipt, so the cops had be called to get it.

6. He also attempted to charge us extra for the people we had in the room, however the reservation policy states nothing about the number of people allotted in any single room.

8. We were in our rooms talking after 10 and had no music, drunk people, etc. We had the police come to sort things out with the hotel so we could have the erroneous charge removed.

10. OH, WHEN MY TRAVEL AGENT QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THE $100.00 CHARGE THEY STATED THAT THIS WHOLE MOTEL PROPERTY WAS A NON SMOKING FACILITY.
