1. Sandpiper Lodge is well located near shops and restaurants and fairly convenient for downtown and the beaches.

2. There are many similar hotels on this strecth of State St and a good bus service straight to the beach, shops, bars etc.Breakfast was fairly basic but there are many restaurants/supermarkets in the area if you want something else.

10. If you are traveling with more than two people, the two bedroom unit is a definite advantage for the price, but with less people, I would probably try to stay closer the the beach or marina.
